XMGFree Forbidden Files



Users interested in participating in XMGFree's service must agree to not host any of the following files/items and/or link to any websites that promote/distribute/describe the construction the following files/items:

1. .mp3 files OR similar (excluding mp3's created by the user AND not copyrighted by any recording studio)
2. “Warez” (illegally copied commercial software)
3. Pornography of any kind
4. Obscene Graphics
5. Illegal Physical Items
6. Illegal Activities
7. Copyrighted Materials which are not the property of the user
8. CPU Intensive Scripts
9. Eggdrop Bots
10. Internet Relay Chat (IRC) Bots
11. Compressed Files withholding any of the above items


This List of Files and Items is subject to change at any given point in time without any former form of notification to the members and users of this Service. Members agree to the terms stated on this document with the knowledge that it can and is likely to change at any given point in time, and that they will still be held liable for the distribution and/or use of items that are not listed on it.

THIS IS BY NO MEANS A COMPLETE LIST OF FORBIDDEN FILES. UPON ANY FORM OF DISPUTE THE STAFF OF XMGNETWORKS.COM OR XMGFREE.COM WILL DECIDE WHETHER A FILE IS DEEMED TO BE ALLOWED OR NOT ALLOWED.
